India is committed to providing global education to future agriculture leaders. Collaborative Work Forum (CWF) is a collaborative effort of Indian and foreign agricultural and agricultural education institutions.

There is a specialized international education center for agriculture-based in Varanasi, called Bhavan Kalyana Bharati. It was established in 1998. Bhavan Kalyana Bharati is jointly run by Bharati Vidyapeeth and the Institute of Agriculture Education and Research (IAER). They invite selected international students for short courses in agriculture. IAR is associated with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and brings Indian farmers to international agricultural experts.

It is a five-day course and covers many practical aspects, including soil evaluation, irrigation, harvesting techniques, chemical applications, harvesting, planting, post-harvest management, irrigation, farm loans, and many more.

A Bhavan member in India needs to be a registered farmer from India. Any individual who has been engaged in farming for at least 10 years is eligible for the course. Besides farmers, the program also helps those involved in allied industries. An entrepreneur from an agricultural region of India is eligible for enrollment. It is a concept created by India’s former agriculture minister, Shashi Bhushan Krishi. Krishi Bhavan is not related to India’s Krishi Kisan Divas, a government initiative.

Much has already been saying and writing about the prime minister’s rural employment scheme (‘PMKVY’), and it is indeed a worthy initiative. It is also a laudable step for rural India to get an opportunity to become the most efficient producer. I hope that several Krishi Bhavan will be established in the years to come to give young people a chance to work, produce and live so that our country can boast about their services and produce many more fruits and grains.

Krishi Bhavan India is a very well-known organization engaged in the study of agriculture and rural development. They have set up their regional offices worldwide, including the USA, China, England, France, Australia, etc. Recently in Bengaluru, this organization has planted more than 1 lakh saplings.

Krishi Bhavan, New Delhi, organized a short celebration in Bengaluru. The event was attended by a large number of farmers, government officials, farmers, and NGOs. It was organized in association to improve agriculture in the region and end the environmental and human hazards faced by farmers. The total area planted was over 11000 sqm, including 750 sqm of organic farming. Krishi Bhavan has planted 34,000 saplings of fruit, nut, honey, floriculture, and medicinal plants.

The organization will build and manage a tourist attraction in collaboration with the Forest Department and Karnataka Krishi Vikas Board. C will build this garden in the Panalu village of Dharwad district in the state. The main objective of this project is to reduce carbon emissions and promote environmental conservation. This tourist attraction will have 60 varieties of fruit trees, 33 kinds of medicinal plants, 39 kinds of fruit trees, 25 varieties of medicinal plants, 23 kinds of medicinal plants, 42 kinds of fruits, herbs, tree roses, jasmines, plums, cherry, other pomegranates, bamboo, and other wood trees.
